Job summary

TXM Recruit Limited is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the indirect procurement function in Wolverton, UK. You will drive sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliant, cost-effective purchasing across the business.

This role includes line management of the Indirect Procurement team, coaching staff, and delivering continuous improvements with stakeholders in Facilities, IT, Quality and Training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Self-motivated and proactive in addressing issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement strategy and sourcing lifecycle.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Oversee SAP-based purchase orders and approvals.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Quality, Training, and IT for goods receipts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Line-manage the Indirect Procurement team.
• Implement cost-saving opportunities and cost of ownership analyses.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
