THG Ingenuity is recruiting an Indirect Procurement Buyer to drive savings across multiple indirect spend categories and lead strategic sourcing initiatives for THG Fulfil. You will leverage relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers to secure best-in-class deals while maintaining compliance with procurement strategy.

The role requires strong data analysis, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive, commercially minded approach to negotiations and contract management.

Qualifications

• Indirect procurement experience required.
• Ability to independently identify and execute complex savings opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• High level of commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
• Collaborative approach to working with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel.
• Robust understanding of procurement processes and best-practice.

Responsibilities

• Identify savings opportunities to create and maintain a procurement pipeline.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to execute high-value procurement initiatives.
• Manage key suppliers to ensure value throughout the contract cycle.
• Negotiate high-value contracts with favourable terms.
• Collaborate with Legal and Operations to negotiate robust clauses.
• Stay updated with market trends and new technologies for performance gains.
