Huws Gray Group is seeking an experienced Indirect Category Manager on a fixed-term basis to drive strategic procurement and elevate value across GNFR spend. You will shape supplier partnerships, lead strategic sourcing projects and move the business toward a more strategic procurement approach.

You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop the indirect procurement strategy, and deliver measurable cost savings and performance improvements.

Competenze

• Experience in procurement or category management, especially indirect or GNFR.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with proven value delivery.
• Ability to lead sourcing initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• IT procurement experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across a range of indirect categories.
• Manage contract negotiations, supplier selection, implementation, and ongoing contract performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to align procurement activity with business objectives.
• Support the development and delivery of the wider indirect procurement strategy.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to maximise value, performance and innovation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance and strategic initiatives.
• Drive best practice in procurement, sustainability, and supplier management in line with ESG commitments.
