Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a dedicated Buyer in Indirect Procurement to drive savings for the THG Fulfil business. You will identify opportunities, negotiate high-value contracts, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise non-core spend across multiple categories.

You will manage key suppliers, monitor market trends, and contribute to improving spend management and compliance within a £100m+ category portfolio. This role is based in the UK with on-site arrangements.

Qualifications

• Indirect procurement experience (Operations/Supply Chain Category Experience preferred).
• Ability to independently identify and execute complex savings opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• High level of commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
• Collaborative approach to working with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel.
• Robust understanding of Procurement process and best-practice.

Responsibilities

• Identify savings opportunities, to create and maintain a Procurement pipeline.
• Work collaboratively with senior business stakeholders to execute complex and high-value procurement initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Manage key suppliers to ensure that value is delivered throughout the contract cycle.
• Negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring that favourable commercial terms are secured.
• Collaborate with Legal and Operations to negotiate robust contract clauses.
• Keep up to date with market trends and identify innovative new technologies that can deliver business performance improvements.
