You will work with colleagues across People and the wider business, using data and evidence to shape recommendations, oversee partnerships, and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inclusion or engagement initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience managing complex programmes with governance and budgets.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
• Strong data use to inform decisions and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Inclusion & Engagement programmes with governance and risk management.
• Identify and manage external partnerships for strategic impact.
• Manage programme plans, budgets, contracts, governance, and performance measures.
• Build relationships with Employee Networks and external organisations.
• Take ownership of day-to-day delivery and escalate risks.
• Use data and insights to evaluate outcomes and drive improvement.
• Create communications and briefings for stakeholders.
• Manage suppliers and delivery partners as required.
