Job summary

Pentasia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in the United Kingdom to build and maintain effective client and candidate relationships across the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will deliver high-quality candidate solutions, achieve revenue targets, and take a proactive, growth-minded approach to engagement both in-person and via phone.

You will source, attract, qualify, screen, shortlist and manage the full candidate journey, while building pipelines to meet current and future client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source, attract and qualify suitable candidates using multiple channels.
• Experience building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Track record delivering high-quality candidate solutions within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract and qualify suitable candidates using job boards, databases and networking channels; assess skills, experience and salary expectations.
• Manage the full candidate journey including screening, shortlisting, feedback and maintaining records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support engagement, reactivations and referrals.
• Develop pipelines aligned to current and future client needs to cover priority roles.
• Build and manage professional relationships with clients, qualifying job requirements to ensure effective matching.
• Deliver high-quality candidate solutions within timelines and proactively win new client opportunities.
