Job summary

Resource Group Holdings Plc in London is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for a full-time, hybrid role. You will build and manage client relationships, own end-to-end recruitment processes, and work with global teams to develop international client relationships.

You will grow your desk by sourcing and presenting high-calibre candidates, supported by our AI-powered assessment tool and a structured team. A proactive, data-driven approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months recruitment agency experience, with exposure to professional services is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and drive to build your own desk.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a portfolio of professional services clients across legal, accountancy, consultancy and financial services firms
• Running end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate clients
• Sourcing, engaging and placing high-calibre candidates using our database, LinkedIn and other tools
• Presenting candidates with their Epitome assessment profile to clients
• Developing new business through proactive outreach and market knowledge
• Collaborating with a senior consultant to share clients and best practice
• Maintaining accurate records and activity in the CRM with KPI reporting
