Job summary

Adecco is recruiting an ICT Digital Delivery Manager for the Devon & Cornwall Police Force. The role, based in Exeter with hybrid working, offers a £500 daily rate on a temporary contract and initial attendance at HQs for onboarding.

You will manage ICT teams, ensure SLA performance, risk management and value for money while coordinating with multiple suppliers to deliver large-scale public sector IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, ICT, Technology or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering ICT infrastructure projects and service management.
• Experience with ITIL, Prince2 or Agile methodologies and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Digital Delivery area of the ICT Department.
• Supervise teams and ensure high-quality service delivery and performance.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, configuration management, and capacity planning.
• Evaluate delivery methods and lead IT infrastructure improvements for the Alliance.
• Lead change management in line with ITIL practices.
