Job summary

Adecco are recruiting for an ICT Digital Delivery Manager to lead digital transformation for Devon & Cornwall Police. Hybrid working, early career with strategic oversight and management of ICT services across multiple data centres and networks.

Role involves managing small ICT teams, ensuring high availability, SLA performance, and value for money with external suppliers. Temporary contract with a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, ICT, Technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, security, and service management.
• Proven project management experience with ITIL, Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing ICT teams and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Digital Delivery area of the ICT Department.
• Supervise teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, CM, and capacity planning processes.
• Evaluate delivery methods and implement effective IT infrastructure strategies.
• Lead change management ensuring ITIL Service Management practices.
• Foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Interface with stakeholders to present insights and proposals.
