Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Head of HSEQ Performance and Compliance in Worsley to lead a strategic function responsible for HSEQ performance management, regulatory compliance, assurance, and governance.

Reporting to the HSEQ Director, you will build and mentor specialist teams, develop dashboards and reporting frameworks, oversee health surveillance and subcontractor compliance, and drive data quality and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HSEQ performance management, compliance, governance, and data analytics.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSEQ Performance and Compliance function delivering reporting, assurance, and compliance activities.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to provide timely, accurate KPI data.
• Oversee health surveillance programmes, subcontractor onboarding, and governance processes.
• Champion data quality, governance, and analytical methodologies across HSEQ systems.
