Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Head of HSEQ Performance and Compliance in Worsley to lead a strategic function focused on HSEQ performance management, regulatory compliance, and governance. You will drive data-led decision making and risk management across the organisation, reporting to the HSEQ Director and guiding specialist teams.

The role requires deploying robust reporting, dashboards, and governance mechanisms, with strong collaboration across operations and functions to improve safety,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HSEQ performance management, compliance, governance and data analytics.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and strategic advisory to senior leaders.
• Advanced experience with BI and data visualisation tools (Power BI or equivalent).
• Experience designing performance measurement frameworks and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ Performance and Compliance function and ensure high-quality reporting and assurance activities.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks aligned with KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and intervention points.
• Provide strategic guidance on compliance trends, governance, and opportunities to senior leadership.
