Job summary

Plum Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Warehouse & Logistics operation in Nottingham, offering hybrid working and a salary of £45,000–£47,000. In this hands-on role you’ll partner with managers, advise on people matters, support recruitment, workforce planning and drive employee engagement across the European logistics arm.

The ideal candidate will have UK employment law knowledge, HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience in an international setting, and CIPD

Qualifications

• HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience in international company.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in fast-paced, operational environments, preferably warehouse/logistics.
• The ability to work independently, prioritise and think on your feet.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• CIPD Level 5 desirable.
• SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert HR advice to managers and partners across the business.
• Overseeing employee relations issues (outsourced).
• Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and resourcing.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and action plans.
• Supporting Learning & Development and delivering training as required.
• Producing HR reports and ensuring payroll data accuracy.
• Collaborating with the wider HR team and Shared Service Centre.
