Job summary

Rubix UKI&I is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will sit at the heart of the business, working with leaders to align people priorities with commercial goals. You’ll be deeply involved in shaping decisions, coaching managers and delivering practical, commercially focused HR solutions on the shop floor and across the operation.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience and senior generalist HR background.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Confidence to coach, influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience of organisational change and transformation.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of operational priorities.
• Confidence using people data to influence decisions.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with getting things done.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers.
• Turn business priorities into practical people plans.
• Coach leaders to build confidence and capability.
• Provide pragmatic advice on complex employee relations matters.
• Support organisational change, restructuring and transformation.
• Use people data to spot trends, risks and opportunities and turn insight into action.
• Drive talent, succession and workforce planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward and People Operations to deliver joined-up solutions.
• Help improve engagement, retention, capability and performance.
• Ensure people decisions are commercially sound and compliant.
