Qualifikationen

• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• Previous experience of working on Sage 50 Payroll (desirable).
• Experience of using HRIS, ideally Bright HR.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing or production industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and organisational skills.
• Confident with a desire to learn and develop.

Aufgaben

• Lead and shape the people function, managing HR & Payroll Advisor.
• Partner with senior leadership for strategic people insight.
• Oversee development of HR systems and operational processes.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and compliance.
• Own payroll and benefits, ensuring statutory compliance.
