Bexley Health Neighbourhood Care, a GP federation supporting 19 practices and four primary care networks, is recruiting a Workforce Business Partner to advise managers on HR matters, manage employee relations caseloads and lead workforce reporting.

The post provides day-to-day leadership to the HR Advisor and Recruitment & Compliance Officer, supports organisational change, and travel between PCN sites as required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy application.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and policy compliance.

Aufgaben

• Advise managers on HR and employment matters, ensuring consistent policy application.
• Manage varied employee relations caseloads including disciplinary, grievance and attendance.
• Support workplace investigations, formal meetings, hearings and appeals.
• Advise on sickness absence, return-to-work processes and attendance management.
• Support organisational change, restructures and redeployment opportunities.
• Coach managers and contribute to training, guidance materials and toolkits.
• Gather workforce information and prepare reports to inform decisions.
• Lead or contribute to workforce projects and governance activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to HR Advisor and Recruitment & Compliance Officer.
• Promote staff wellbeing and support attendance and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidential case records and support governance and compliance.
• Work with GP practices, PCNs and healthcare partners; travel between PCN sites as needed.
