Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of HR Business Partnering in a complex organisational environment.
• Extensive knowledge of organisational change and transformation.
• Experience advising on employee relations cases.
• Experience with Trade Unions.
• NHS HR advisory experience.
• Experience advising on terms for Medical and Dental Staff.
• Experience working with Board Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead on strategic and operational HR activity across the assigned area.
• Develop workforce strategies and workforce plans.
• Act as change agent and lead staff consultations.
• Lead for all people-related change projects (structure, TUPE, redundancies).
• Support forward planning, workforce modernisation and transformation.
