Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a six‑month fixed‑term or secondment role to support one Clinical Division. You will provide expert HR advice, work with senior leaders, and drive workforce performance and improvements in patient care.

You will handle complex employee relations cases, contribute to service transformation, and coach managers to build strong people management capabilities within a fast-paced NHS environment.

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join us as an HR Business Partner on a six-month fixed-term or secondment basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can quickly step into the role and make an immediate contribution. You will need strong operational HR experience, sound judgement and the confidence to work with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. We also welcome applications from experienced HR professionals looking to take the next step in their career through an acting-up or secondment opportunity. You will support one of our Clinical Divisions, working closely with senior leaders to provide expert, pragmatic HR advice and support. You will play a key role in supporting workforce performance, staff experience and the delivery of safe, effective patient care. The post is available for six months to provide additional short-term capacity within the HR Business Partnering service.,
