Job summary

Multinational Dairy Manufacturer in London is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead regional people strategy across the UK. Based in London, you will partner with regional leadership to drive culture, performance and change in line with global goals.

With 7+ years in FMCG or food & beverage manufacturing, you will oversee talent management, recruitment, onboarding and development, plus HR operations, payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience in regional or multi-site roles.
• Proven track record implementing HR strategies.
• Degree in HR/Business; CIPD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional people strategy aligned with global goals.
• Lead talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive performance and culture.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Drive DEI initiatives and report HR metrics.
