Job summary

Creideas is seeking an HR Business Partner to work across Lothian, Fife, Glasgow and Tayside in a field-based capacity. The role focuses on partnering with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy and support business decisions with a hands-on operational approach.

The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, manage employee relations, and lead learning and succession initiatives while using data to inform leadership decisions. A commercially minded HR professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and managing complex Employee relations cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Director to develop and deliver the people strategy.
• Lead workforce planning to optimise staffing and labour costs.
• Support managers on employee relations, performance, attendance and change.
• Drive learning, development and succession planning across the business.
• Use HR data to identify trends and influence decision-making.
• Champion employee engagement and retention across locations.
