Job summary

You will manage workforce planning, employee relations, performance development, and HR projects across sites. The role requires strong communication, change agility and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate HRIS data and support the implementation of HR and payroll systems.
• Use people analytics to identify trends and provide meaningful insights to leadership.

The role requires occasional travel between company sites and flexibility outside standard working hours when required.
