You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive talent development, performance management, and recruitment strategies across the German logistics operations, while ensuring compliance with UK and German labor laws. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a growing European footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) with strong negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of logistics industry and its talent needs.
• Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with UK labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with logistics leadership to align HR priorities with business goals.
• Lead talent management processes including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Develop recruitment strategies for German logistics operations.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
