Job summary

Cytiva, a leader in life sciences diagnostics and biotechnology, seeks an Human Resources Business Partner – Enabling Functions to align people strategy with business priorities across Legal, Finance and IT. You will drive performance, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth as an on-site partner reporting to the VP, Talent Management & Human Resources.

Location options include Amersham, Portsmouth (UK) or Marlborough, MA.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Progressive experience in strategic HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Experience designing talent and leadership development approaches with leaders.
• Data fluency with analytics/AI-enabled tools to inform recommendations and measure outcomes.
• Strong business and financial acumen to prioritize investments for performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an integrated people strategy that supports growth and enterprise standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, culture, and change.
• Use people data and business metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate HR’s impact on outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to shape organization design, workforce strategy, succession planning, and leadership bench strength.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational effectiveness efforts addressing capability gaps and scalable needs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, COEs, People Partners, and HR Operations on complex people matters.
• Lead and support change initiatives, surface risks, and guide adoption to deliver outcomes.
