You will support policy harmonization and provide clear, actionable advice to stakeholders to move issues forward with confidence.

This on-site role focuses on continuous improvement, governance, and a high-quality employee experience within a unified HR delivery model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or a relevant HR specialty area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in HRIS and case management tools; ability to navigate systems and data.

Responsabilités

• Complex Case Resolution: handle moderate to complex HR cases with policy guidance.
• Subject Matter Expertise: provide guidance and reusable know-how for associates and teams.
• Service Design & Improvement: identify defects and drive process standardization.
• Governance & Compliance: operate within SLAs and protect data privacy and audit requirements.
• Scope & Operating Model: support the Ilfracombe site within a broader HR operating model.
