Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Horsham. The role offers hybrid working and is available as either full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week).

You will provide strategic and operational HR support across a wide range of people matters, influencing integrity and outcomes within a collaborative team. You will manage employee relations, support restructures and change programmes, and drive management training and development initiatives while maintaining up-to-date

Qualifications

• Employee relations expertise including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, redundancies and TUPE.
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Experience designing and delivering management training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people matters.
• Lead employee relations case management and advise on best practices.
• Support restructuring, redundancy and change programmes.
• Coach and develop managers and leadership capabilities.
• Support recruitment activities as needed.
• Contribute to HR projects and organisational development initiatives.
