Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing business in Horsham to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This role offers flexibility to be full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours/week) with hybrid working and a supportive team environment.

You will provide strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people matters, leading on ER casework, restructures, TUPE considerations, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong HR generalist experience.
• Employee relations expertise including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, redundancies and ideally TUPE.
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Experience designing and delivering management training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
