Job summary

Assured Data Protection is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our UK team in a hybrid role with three days in Leeds. You will partner with leaders to drive people strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and support organisational growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires 5+ years of HRBP experience, strong employment law knowledge, and a track record in employee relations, recruitment, and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Full lifecycle recruitment experience across multiple functions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting international employees is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, engagement, organisational design and workforce planning.
• Provide insights using people data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Support change management initiatives and organisational growth.
• Lead on onboarding, development, and career progression initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and data privacy requirements.
