Cammach is recruiting an HR Business Partner based in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. This 12-month, fully office-based role supports senior leaders and managers across the employee lifecycle with strategic HR leadership and expert advisory services.

The postholder will drive complex case work, governance, and continuous improvement in people management, aligning practices with organisational priorities during a broad transformation journey.

Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate qualification in HRM or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Chartered member of CIPD.
• Business Partnering: strong relationship building with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• People Management: leading an effective team with clarity and trust.
• Complex Case Work: extensive experience managing absence, conduct, and grievance.
• Continuous Improvement: strategic HR leader shaping governance and frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert strategic and operational HR leadership across a broad range of people-related matters supporting senior leaders, managers and staff within their local client group to deliver its workforce, cultural and organisational objectives.
• Lead on complex people issues, strengthening people management practice and driving consistency, fairness and high-quality decision-making across their establishment and the wider organisation.
• Partner closely with local client groups, provide professional advice on attendance, wellbeing, conduct, grievance, performance, workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, organisational change and employee relations.
• Champion best practice, build leadership capability and drive continuous improvement in people management approaches, helping to create a positive workplace culture and deliver better outcomes for employees and the organisation.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic people initiatives, strengthening governance and supporting business transformation.
