Inspiring Support in Ipswich seeks an experienced Senior HR Advisor to deliver a professional HR service across the organisation. You will advise managers, support investigations, lead recruitment and ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding and CQC requirements.

You’ll mentor the HR team and help shape our people practices as the organisation grows. This is a hands-on role requiring UK employment law knowledge, strong communication and the ability to prioritise competing demands while

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards one.
• Significant experience in an HR Advisory role.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and safer recruitment.
• Experience supporting recruitment, workforce planning and junior HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR matters including disciplinary and grievances.
• Support investigations, meetings and hearings with compliant outcomes.
• Lead recruitment processes and monitor workforce trends.
• Ensure HR practices meet GDPR, safeguarding and CQC requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to HR teammates.
