Adecco's client is seeking a dynamic and strategic People Business Partner to partner with senior leadership and shape the future of the people strategy. This pivotal role acts as trusted advisor to drive high-performance, inclusive culture and organisational effectiveness.

You will lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and deliver sustainable people plans aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior or strategic HR/People Business Partner in a complex, regulated organisation.
• Proven track record delivering people strategies that drive business performance.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactive and resilient mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and drive transformative change.
• Degree level education and understanding of employment legislation and org design principles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Leadership: build relationships with EMT and senior stakeholders to co-create people plans aligned with strategy.
• People Strategy & Organisational Effectiveness: lead design/delivery of people strategies to enhance capability and performance.
• Talent, Leadership & Culture: drive talent strategy with succession planning and leadership development; foster an inclusive culture.
• Strategic Resourcing & Workforce Planning: plan workforce needs and reward frameworks with leaders.
• Employee Relations & Governance: oversee ER themes and contribute to strategic policy development.
• Change Leadership & Transformation: lead people elements of transformation initiatives.
• People Insights, Data & Analytics: implement data-driven insights and regular reporting to identify risks and opportunities.
