Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. You will shape organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership development in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

As a core member of the Global Business HR team, you will partner with country HR partners to solve challenges, guide change, and ensure seamless execution of global HR programs, reporting to the Global Business HR Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years HR management experience, ideally in high-tech or regulated industries.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or related areas is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Align HR strategies with business objectives by partnering with executive leadership.
• Organizational Capability & Talent Strategy: Design and implement talent management strategies and leadership pipelines.
• Performance & Engagement: Drive employee engagement and performance management across geographies.
• Learning & Development: Collaborate with Global L&D to deliver targeted programs for leadership development.
• HR Metrics & Analytics: Monitor HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with legal, finance, operations and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, integrated HR programs.
