Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health across assigned sites.

You will partner directly with field leaders, translate priorities into plans, and lead data-driven decision making to improve employee experience and engagement. You will work onsite at Amazon facilities with regional mobility, shaping culture and standards through safety programs and policy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in human resources, labor relations or legal fields.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training).
• Masters/MBA preferred for senior stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to drive employee experience and engagement.
• Lead data-driven HR initiatives and safety and policy adherence.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, development and employee relations.
• Collaborate across campuses to translate organizational priorities into actions.
