Job summary

Amazon UK is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead operational excellence and organizational health across assigned site(s). You will partner with Field Leaders, site leadership, and General Managers to shape employee experience, risk mitigation, and culture while delivering high-quality HR services onsite at Amazon facilities.

You will drive data-informed decisions, leverage analytics and AI tools, and help implement PXT strategies that align with Amazon's values across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Fluent English in speaking, writing, reading.
• Experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge of HR, including experience in a technology environment.
• Experience analyzing data to make business decisions.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication and engagement across the site.
• Ensure operational excellence and site standards with safety programs.
• Lead data-driven decision making using analytics and AI tools.
• Partner with site leaders and General Managers to balance operational needs with values and people priorities.
• Contribute to PXT team staffing, succession planning, and development.
• Support change management and culture transformation.
