Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding, payroll, learning and development, and delivering a forward-thinking people strategy. A CIPD Chartered Member with proven leadership in complex environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with CIPD Chartered Membership.
• Proven HR management experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing budgets and leading teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team to deliver an effective, high-performing HR service.
• Partner with senior leaders to support organisational strategy and performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding, and safer recruitment practices.
• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and data.
• Deliver learning and development initiatives, training and induction, and enhance rewards.
• Manage departmental budgets and provide HR insights and reporting.
