Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all people activities for the Hinckley Point C contract, based primarily in Weston-Super-Mare with regular travel to Bridgwater, Bristol and Gloucester sites.

The role reports to the Regional HR Business Partner and offers a 08:00-17:00 Monday–Friday schedule on a full-time basis. The position includes a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a benefits package featuring a £495 monthly

Qualifications

• Experience leading employee relations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and company policies.
• Proven ability to coach, influence and build credibility with managers at all levels.
