Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is hiring an HR Manager for Beaumont College in Lancaster, with travel to other college locations across the UK. Reporting to the HRBP, you will deliver day-to-day HR support across allocated divisions and help implement the People Plan. You will advise line managers on employee relations, support recruitment, manage complex cases, and lead HR projects and training. The role requires a pragmatic, compliant approach and a collaborative HR mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR advice to line managers.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and policies.
• Experience leading HR projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the People Plan across divisions.
• Provide line managers with pragmatic HR advice on employee relations matters.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes and campaigns/events.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and escalate where needed.
• Coach line managers to apply HR policies and manage people issues effectively.
