Salford City College Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HRBP function, oversee learning and development, and advise on complex employee relations matters. You will manage a small team and build strong relationships with managers and trade unions, ensuring a positive workplace culture across the organisation.

You will report to the Head of HR and contribute to delivering people-focused initiatives while supporting workforce planning and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• Chartered CIPD professional (FCIPD desirable).
• Significant HR Business Partnering experience.
• Extensive employee relations expertise within a unionised environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
