Job summary

Community Academies Trust is seeking an experienced HR Manager to advise senior leaders across its schools, covering employee relations casework, organisational change, recruitment campaigns and workforce planning. The role includes safer recruitment and SCR compliance, plus training and policy development, with a mix of head office, home working and school visits.

The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and proven HR advisory experience, with strong employment law

• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
• Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders across the schools
• Lead on employee relations, casework and organisational change
• Drive recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
• Support strategic initiatives in wellbeing, EDI, pay and grading, and talent development
• Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and Single Central Record standards
• Deliver training and contribute to policy development
