Job summary

The Learning Academy Partnership (LAP) is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our growing, values-led organisation. You will provide expert HR advice, lead employee relations casework and support leaders across our family of schools.

This role emphasises advising on attendance, wellbeing and performance while contributing to organisational change and service improvement. We welcome applications from HR professionals with CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and strong employment law knowledge,

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR advisory support to managers across multiple sites or schools.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, especially in education or similar sectors.
• Ability to coach leaders and manage complex people matters with pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships and supporting organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and support across a wide range of activities for leaders and schools.
• Lead employee relations casework and support positive outcomes for colleagues and leaders.
• Support attendance, wellbeing, performance and workforce challenges; coach leaders in people management.
• Deliver training and guidance on HR policies and processes; use workforce data to inform decisions.
• Contribute to Trust-wide projects and organisational development across the Trust.
