• Drive enterprise-wide operating models and organizational design strategies.
• Translate and embed strategic workforce and capability plans across R&D.
• Partner with senior leaders to raise performance and culture.
• Lead talent review and succession planning for senior roles.
• Act as trusted advisor to RDLT leaders with external insights.
• Raise talent bar and build strong leadership pipelines for critical roles.
• Drive culture change toward a consumer-first, performance-oriented, agile culture.
