Smiths Detection seeks an experienced HR Director to partner with the CIO and senior technology leadership, shaping people strategy for a standalone global IT function and an ambitious digital business capability.

You will lead workforce planning, talent development, and governance across a global IT and Digital transformation programme, driving organisational design, change management, and leadership capability at scale.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR leader with exposure to Technology, IT or Digital organisations.
• Strong partnership with CIOs and technology leadership teams is essential.
• Experience in transformation programmes, carve-outs, or standalone technology organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning for Global IT and Digital teams.
• Develop talent strategies for growth, retention, and capability building.
