Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience finding scarce tech talent directly across engineering, AI, data, cyber, product or digital delivery.
• Track record of filling hard roles and adapting approach when needed.
• Ability to advise senior hiring managers with market context.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end searches from brief to accepted offer.
• Map the market and approach candidates directly.
• Advise senior leaders and challenge briefs or timelines when needed.
• Build relationships with talent in hard-to-find areas ahead of demand.
• Provide honest insights on talent supply, pay, location and expectations.
• Coach and manage up to three Digital Talent Partners.
• Use data and learnings to improve recruitment methods.
