Bytes Software Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to champion the employee experience in a fast-growing, people-first business. As HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for employees and a driver of wellbeing, engagement and performance across the organisation.

You'll partner with managers, employees and the HR team to shape people practices that evolve with the business.

Qualifications

Significant HR experience in a business partnering or generalist HR role.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and managers to build confidence in people management and employment best practice.
Strengthen employee engagement through meaningful initiatives, feedback programmes and action plans.
Support the resolution of complex employee relations matters fairly, consistently and confidently.
Enhance HR policies and processes to ensure they remain effective, compliant and aligned to business needs.
Drive wellbeing initiatives that support a positive, psychologically safe working environment.
Use employee feedback and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and influence change.
Contribute to the development of a high-performing HR function through collaboration, coaching and continuous improvement.
