ARML in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape and deliver people strategies across a multi-site operation. You will partner with senior leaders, drive organisational development, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role combines hands-on HR management with strategic workforce planning, policy development, and change management, in a busy logistics/manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Hands-on HR professional with strategic capability
• Experience in multi-site operations
• Knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines

Mansioni

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance and capability issues in line with UK regulation
• Identify training and development needs; manage talent and succession planning
• Lead change management and organisational development initiatives
• Develop and review HR policies, systems and procedures
• Create and manage employee benefits, rewards and payroll liaison
• Provide regular HR, talent and recruitment analysis for leadership
• Operate in a hands-on and strategic capacity across a multi-site business
