Job summary

EKFB is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Milton Keynes project. The role will involve acting as a strategic HR partner, supporting development and delivery of project objectives, and coaching line managers on employee relations and performance management.

You will lead workforce planning, analytics and policy governance while ensuring compliance across the project and parent company. Regular travel to site offices will be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in multi-site or contracting environments.
• Strong track record in employee relations, ER case handling and policy development.
• Experience leading change initiatives and supporting workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on ER issues and performance management.
• Drive HR policies, standards and governance across projects and parent company.
• Collaborate with unions, works councils and other bodies to maintain constructive relationships.
