Job summary

EKFB is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join the project in Milton Keynes. You will act as a strategic partner, supporting development and delivery of EKFB and BAM Nuttall plans, with regular travel to site offices.

You will lead performance management, employee relations, policy governance, workforce planning and analytics, coaching line managers, and collaborating with unions and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced operational HR professional with multi-site/contracting experience.
• Experience in employee relations including complex ER cases.
• Ability to lead policy development and HR projects.
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder communication.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent; driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to support project and parent company plans.
• Advise on performance management, discipline, grievances, and absence management.
• Lead workforce analytics and people metrics to inform decisions.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.
• Collaborate with unions, works councils and governance teams.
• Coach line managers and ensure policy governance.
