EKFB is recruiting an HR Business Partner to join the project based in Milton Keynes. You will be a strategic partner, supporting EKFB and parent company BAM Nutall across the 80km HS2 civil works program, delivering people-focused solutions and building a culture of trust and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experienced operational HR professional.
• Experience as HR Business Partner in multi-site, operational/contracting environments.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead on employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
• Develop and implement policies and HR processes for EKFB and parent company.
• Provide coaching and advice to line managers on complex ER issues and change initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning, succession, and analytics to support business objectives.
