Job summary

Thermotrafficholland BV is seeking an HR Advisor (South) to partner with managers across the region, translating HR strategy into practical people practice and acting as a trusted adviser on performance, absence, talent, and employment matters.

You will bridge day-to-day HR delivery and longer-term people strategy, using workforce data to identify trends and support workforce planning, while leading projects to boost capability and the employee experience. Newark office once per week.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience, commercial focus on guidance to managers.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations: absence, performance, capability, conduct and organisational change.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and translate into actions.
• Experience supporting performance cycles and leading HR projects.
