Job summary

thermotraffichollandbv is seeking an HR Advisor (North) to translate HR strategy into operational practice across the North. You will partner with managers, advise on performance and absence, and use workforce data to forecast needs and support planning.

The role involves leading HR projects and maintaining a strong employee experience, with Newark office attendance at least one day per week. The role requires strong generalist HR experience, CIPD qualification, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and translate into recommendations.
• Experience managing employee relations (absence, performance, capability, conduct).
• Experience with workforce planning and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with North-based managers to translate HR policy into operational practice.
• Advise on performance, absence management, talent, and employment matters.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and support workforce planning.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects to improve organisational capability and employee experience.
• Cover North sites with minimum 1 day/week in Newark office.
