Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR projects and strategic people initiatives.
• Partner with Senior HR Business Partners to drive talent reviews and workforce planning.
• Analyse people data and produce dashboards to inform decisions.
• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees, escalating complex issues.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and global colleagues for consistency.
