Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an Associate Director, HR Regulatory Oversight Lead to drive global governance and regulatory compliance across HR operations. You will lead a small team across three locations, translate regulatory requirements into practical processes, and partner with Compliance, Secretariat and technology to ensure robust governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead, develop and provide global oversight of the HR Regulatory Operations function.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across HR, Compliance, Company Secretariat and Technology.
• Deliver operational direction by translating strategic priorities into outcomes and performance measures.
• Represent HRRO on regulatory requirements and frameworks including enterprise-wide change projects.
• Monitor regulatory developments and oversee policy, process, controls and training changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory lifecycle activities including applications, approvals, certifications and regulator submissions.
• Ensure the integrity and governance of regulatory data, records and attestations.
• Own and maintain governance framework, operating procedures, controls and templates.
• Provide management information, reporting and analysis to senior management and boards.
• Chair governance forums and oversight panels; ensure escalation and timely follow-up of actions.
• Strengthen risk and control environment through oversight of breaches, continuity and data privacy.
• Lead process simplification and technology-enabled change to improve efficiency and user experience.
